The invention relates to a coating composition comprising a curable coating system consisting of a cross-linkable resin and a cross-linking agent, and a functional fluorine compound capable of reacting with the cross-linkable resin, but having a lower reactivity than the cross-linking agent. Furthermore, the invention relates to an asymmetric coating layer consisting of a cured coating system having on the air side a layer of functional fluorine compound covalently bonded to the cured coating system. Finally, the invention relates to a method for coating a substrate comprising the application of a layer of the composition according to the invention, followed by curing the composition under such conditions that the functional fluorine compound diffuses to the air side of the layer and then forms covalent bonds with the cross-linkable resin.
La présente invention concerne une composition d'enrobage contenant un système d'enrobage durcissable constitué d'une résine réticulable et d'un agent de réticulation, et un composant à fonction fluor pouvant réagir avec la résine réticulable, mais présentant une réactivité inférieure à celle de l'agent de réticulation. Par ailleurs, cette invention concerne une couche d'enrobage asymétrique constituée d'un système d'enrobage cuit présentant sur la face exposée à l'air une couche de composé à fonction fluor lié de façon covalente au système d'enrobage cuit. Enfin, cette invention concerne un procédé d'enrobage d'un substrat consistant à appliquer une couche de ladite composition, puis à cuire cette composition dans des conditions telles que le composé à fonction fluor se diffuse dans la face de la couche exposée à l'air, et enfin, à former des liaisons covalentes avec la résine réticulable.
