The invention relates to a composition for photodynamic therapy. The composition of the invention, in the form of a gel or a cross-linked hydrogel, includes a chlorophyll photosensitising substance or a derivative thereof, in particular chlorophyllin optionally associated with an additional ingredient such as an alpha- or beta-hydroxy acid, a depigmentation or lightening agent, and/or an antioxidant. The invention can be used in the treatment of skin aging signs and in skin regeneration.

L'invention concerne une composition pour thérapie photodynamique. La composition de l'invention, sous forme de gel ou d'hydrogel réticulé, comprend comme substance photosensibilisante de la chlorophylle ou un dérivé, en particulier la chlorophylline, en association le cas échéant avec un actif complémentaire tel qu'un alpha- ou beta-hydroxy acide, un agent dépigmentant ou éclaircissant, et/ou un anti-oxydant. Application au traitement des signes du vieillissement cutané et au rajeunissement de peau.
