The invention concerns a composition for preserving micro-organisms in specific amounts comprising at least a substance capable of forming the skeleton of lens-shaped lozenges, at least a saturating substance and predetermined and reproducible amounts of micro-organisms. Said composition, in the form of lozenges, can be used as reference material for controlling the reliability of microbiological methods or for controlling the fertility of microbiological culture media.
Composition pour la conservation de micro-organismes en quantités précises comprenant au moins une substance susceptible de former le squelette de pastilles lenticulées, au moins une substance saturante et des quantités déterminées et reproductibles de micro-organismes. Cette composition, sous la forme de pastilles, peut être utilisée comme matériau de référence pour le contrôle de fiabilité des méthodes microbiologiques ou pour le contrôle de fertilité des milieux de culture microbiologiques.
