The present invention relates to a composition containing sHSPs for prevention of protein degradation and a composition for two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the improved method of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, which is characterized by using sHSPs. According to the present invention, decreasing of protein spots was prevented in the two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, thereby obtaining two- dimensional gel with much more protein spots.
L'invention se réfère à une composition contenant des sHSP et qui permet de prévenir une dégradation des protéines, et à une composition pour l'électrophorèse sur gel en deux dimensions. Elle concerne en outre un procédé amélioré d'électrophorèse sur gel en deux dimensions qui est caractérisé par l'utilisation de sHSP. Selon l'invention, on empêche une diminution des taches protéiques dans l'électrophorèse sur gel en deux dimensions afin d'obtenir un gel en deux dimensions comportant beaucoup plus de taches protéiques.
