The present invention relates to the use of an immunomodulating agent, in particular intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG), in the manufacture of a medicament for use in the treatment of non-viral or non-autoimmune induced heart disorders or non-viral or non-autoimmune associated phases of heart disorders or the symptoms associated therewith. Particular heart disorders to be treated are selected from the group comprising chronic CHF, chronic (stable) angina pectoris and acute coronary syndromes. Pharmaceutical compositions for use in the treatment of such disorders comprising immunomodulating agents are also provided.
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un agent immunomodulateur, en particulier l'immunoglobuline intraveineuse (IgIV), dans la fabrication d'un médicament utilisé dans le traitement des troubles cardiaques non viraux ou non autoimmuns, ou des phases non virales ou non autoimmunes associées aux troubles cardiaques, ou des symptômes associés. Les troubles cardiaques particuliers pouvant être traités selon l'invention sont choisis dans le groupe comprenant l'insuffisance cardiaque globale chronique, l'angine de poitrine chronique (stable) et les syndromes coronaires aigus. L'invention se rapporte à des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant des agents immunomodulateurs, qui sont utilisées pour traiter les troubles précités.
