The present invention relates to compositions comprising chondroitin sulphate and mannosamine or a derivative thereof. The mannosamine derivative is preferably N-acetylmannosamine. The compositions may comprise glucosamine. Said compositions are useful in the treatment or prevention of degenerative joint diseases, preferably of osteoarthritis, in the treatment or prevention of tendon or ligament diseases, disorders or injuries and of immune system diseases, preferably of rheumatoid arthritis.
La présente invention porte sur des compositions comprenant du sulfate de chondroïtine et de la mannosamine ou un dérivé de celle-ci. Le dérivé de mannosamine est, de préférence, la N-acétylmannosamine. Les compositions peuvent comprendre de la glucosamine. Lesdites compositions sont utiles dans le traitement ou la prévention de maladies articulaires dégénératives, de préférence de l'arthrose, dans le traitement ou la prévention de maladies, de troubles ou de blessures aux tendons ou aux ligaments et de maladies du système immunitaire, de préférence de la polyarthrite rhumatoïde.
