The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the controlled transdermal delivery of a drug comprising a combination of a drug and a ion exchanger group grafted to a carrier, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt that is able to control the release of the drug from the ion exchanger. According to the invention the carrier is a textile fiber. According to a preferred embodiment the drug is tacrine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt.

L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique destiné à un apport transdermique contrôlé d'un médicament, comprenant une combinaison d'un médicament, d'un groupe échangeur d'ions, greffé sur un support, et d'un sel acceptable sur le plan pharmacologique, capable de contrôler la libération du médicament à partir de l'échangeur d'ions. Le support, selon l'invention, est une fibre textile. Dans une forme d'exécution préférée, le médicament est la tacrine ou un sel de celle-ci, acceptable sur le plan pharmacologique.
