The invention concerns a crosslinkable or crosslinked rubber composition having improved hysteretic properties when crosslinked which is useful for forming a tyre running tread, a method for preparing said crosslinkable composition, such a running tread and a tyre having reduced rolling resistance. Said composition is characterised in that it consists of: at least a diene elastomer having a mol ratio of units derived from conjugate dienes higher than 30 % and comprising carboxylic acid functions along its chain, and a reinforcing inorganic filler.
La présente invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc réticulable ou réticulée présentant des propriétés hystérétiques améliorées à l'état réticulé qui est utilisable pour constituer une bande de roulement de pneumatique, un procédé de préparation d'une telle composition réticulable, une telle bande de roulement et un pneumatique présentant une résistance au roulement réduite. Cette composition de caoutchouc selon l'invention est à base : d'au moins une élastomère diénique ayant un taux molaire d'unités issues de diènes conjugués qui est supérieur à 30 % et comportant des fonctions acide carboxylique le long de sa chaîne, et d'une charge inorganique renforçante.
