Abstract of the Disclosure There is disclosed a pharmaceutical composition for therapeutic use comprising an immune globulin and fibro- nectin in amounts sufficient to produce an opsonic activity in the composition that is greater than the additive opsonic activity of the individual agents or in amounts sufficient to produce a phagocytosis of infectious agents greater than the additive effect from fibronectin and immune globulin alone.
