The invention concerns a composition for applying a coating on a support at low temperature from a dispersion of at least a component of the coating to be deposited in said composition. The composition comprises at least a strong and heavy solvent whereof the boiling point is higher than 150 ·C approximately, and a weak solvent whereof the boiling point is less than 100 ·C approximately. The solvents forming the composition must constitute a mixture which evaporates at a temperature less than 100 ·C. The invention is particularly useful for forming electrodes or electrolyte in lithium-ion batteries. The method and the device used for forming said coating use a dispersion spreader and an infrared lamp.
La composition selon l'invention permet d'appliquer le revêtement sur un support à basse température à partir d'une dispersion d'au moins une composante du revêtement à déposer dans la dite composition. La composition comprend au moins un solvant fort et lourd dont la température d'ébullition est supérieure à 150 ~C environ, et un solvant faible dont la température d'ébullition est inférieure à 100 ~C environ. Les solvants formant la composition doivent constituer un mélange qui s'évapore à une température inférieure à 100 ~C environ. Application particulièrement intéressante pour la formation d'électrodes ou d'électrolyte dans les batteries de type lithium- ion. La méthode et le dispositif utilisés pour la formation du revêtement font usage d'un épandeur de la dispersion ainsi que d'une lampe à l'infrarouge.
