This invention relates to a composition of a non-labeled monoclonal antibody binding to a tumor antigen and a second monoclonal antibody labeled with a NIR fluorescence label, binding to the same tumor antigen, wherein the first and second antibody exhibit no cross reactivity. The composition can be used for the treatment of patients suffering of solid tumors which are associated with an overexpression of such a tumor antigen. The invention further relates to a the co-administration of said first and second antibody as wells as to a method of acquiring a NIR fluorescence images of such tumors or the patients suffering from such tumors during the treatment of said patientwith such composition.
L'invention porte sur une composition d'un anticorps monoclonal non marqué se liant à un antigène tumoral et un second anticorps monoclonal marqué par un marqueur à fluorescence NIR, se liant au même antigène tumoral, les premier et second anticorps ne présentant aucune réactivité croisée. La composition peut être utilisée pour le traitement de patients souffrant de tumeurs solides qui sont associées à la surexpression d'un tel antigène tumoral. L'invention porte en outre sur la co-administration desdits premier et second anticorps, ainsi que sur un procédé pour acquérir des images à fluorescence NIR de telles tumeurs ou des patients souffrant de telles tumeurs pendant le traitement dudit patient avec ladite composition.
