A composition comprising at least two different human monoclonal against hepatitis B surface antigen. Combination of a human monoclonal antibody which binds to a linear epitope, e.g. MAb 4-7B, and a human monoclonal antibody which binds to a conformational epitope, e.g. MAb 9H9. The composition is useful for treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients, e.g. those having received liver transplantation in order to prevent re-infection.
