The present invention relates to a composition comprising at least one compound of the avermectin family, preferably ivermectin, characterized in that the composition is an inverse emulsion containing a glycol or water-glycol dispersed hydrophilic phase, a lipophilic continuous phase and an emulsifier with an HLB of between 2 and 7, wherein said composition does not comprise any DHEA and/or its chemical and/or biological precursors and/or derivatives and/or any vitamin D derivative. This inverse emulsion makes it possible to prevent crystallization of the active agent and/or chemical degradation thereof while at the same time having good stability and being well tolerated.
La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant au moins un composé de la famille des avermectines, de préférence l'ivermectine, caractérisée en ce que la composition est une émulsion inverse contenant une phase hydrophile dispersée glycolique ou hydroglycolique, une phase continue lipophile et un émulsionnant de HLB compris entre 2 et 7, ladite composition ne comprenant pas de DHEA et/ou ses précurseurs et/ou dérivés chimiques et/ou biologiques et/ou de dérivé de vitamine D. Cette émulsion inverse permet d'éviter la cristallisation de l'actif et/ou sa dégradation chimique tout en ayant une bonne stabilité et en étant bien tolérée.
