Molecular adjuvants are disclosed comprising an antigen presenting cell- targeting ligand functionally linked to an immunogen, e.g. tumor associated antigens, bacterial or viral antigens, etc. Methods are disclosed for delivery of these molecular adjuvants to patients, resulting in the transduction of activating signals to the targeted antigen presenting cell, thereby enhancing the immune response to the co-delivered immunogen.

Adjuvants moléculaires comportant un ligand de ciblage des cellules présentatrices d'antigène, relié activement à un immunogène, par exemple les antigènes associés aux tumeurs, les antigènes bactériens ou viraux, etc. On décrit des procédés qui consiste à administrer ces adjuvants moléculaires aux malades dans le but de provoquer la transduction de signaux d'activation vers la cellule présentatrice d'antigène ciblée, et donc d'accentuer la réponse immunitaire vis-à-vis de l'immunogène administré au même moment.
