The compositions and methods of the present invention comprise the efficient and effective presentation of antigens to the appropriate components of the immune system resulting in the production of species-specific antibodies in vitro. In general, these compositions comprise one or more antigenic components together with a colloidal metal, optionally combined with derivatized PEG (polyethylene glycol) or other agents. The invention also comprises novel cytokine cocktails for generating desired antibodies.
La présente invention concerne des compositions et des procédés impliquant une présentation effective et efficace d'antigènes en direction des composants appropriés du système immunitaire, avec pour résultat la production d'anticorps spécifiques de l'espècein vitro. En général, ces compositions comprennent un ou plusieurs composants antigéniques en même temps qu'un métal colloïdal, le tout étant éventuellement combiné à du PEG (polyéthylène glycol) dérivatisé ou à d'autres agents. L'invention concerne également des cocktails de cytokines inédits permettant la production des anticorps recherchés.
