Naphthyl crown ether ligand molecules containing at least two naphthyl groups that are covalently bonded to suitable solid supports and coated by hydrophobic organic solvents are disclosed. These compositions and associated methods are characterized by selectivity of desired amine or amino acid enantiomers over their counter-enantiomers and derivatives. The composition preferably has an .alpha.-value greater than or equal to 4. This allows for the separation of such enantiomers with nonchromatographic resin bed separations of three separation stages or less.
La présente invention concerne des molécules de ligands d'éther à couronne naphtyle contenant au moins deux groupes naphtyle liés par covalence à des supports solides appropriés et enrobés de solvants organiques hydrophobes. Ces compositions et leurs procédés associés sont caractérisés par la sélectivité des énantiomères d'amines ou d'acides aminés vis à vis de leurs contre-énantiomères et dérivés. De préférence, cette composition présente une valeur .alpha. >= 4. Ceci permet de séparer ces énantiomères avec des procédés de séparation à lit de résine non chromatographiques à trois étapes de séparation maximum.
