On décrit des compositions, des procédés et des kits permettant d'induire des réponses immunitaires et lymphocytaires aux polypeptides antigéniques liés à des malignités spécifiques, y compris leurs fragments, chez un animal. L'invention concerne également des compositions et des procédés pour l'identification de cellules et d'échantillons biologiques renfermant une ou plusieurs compositions liées à des malignités hématologiques, et des procédés relatifs à la détection et au diagnostic de ce type de maladie et des types de cellules affectées. L'invention concerne enfin des kits diagnostiques et thérapeutiques, ainsi que des procédés pour le diagnostic, la thérapie et/ou la prévention d'un éventail de leucémies et de lymphomes.
