L'invention concerne des méthodes et des compositions de détection, de diagnostic, de pronostic et de traitement des malignités hématologiques, en particulier des leucémies à lymphocytes B, des lymphomes et des myélomes multiples. L'invention concerne encore des compositions, des méthodes et des kits destinés à provoquer des réponses immunitaires et des réponses des lymphocytes T à des polypeptides antigéniques liés à une malignité et à des fragments polypeptidiques antigéniques de ceux-ci chez un animal. L'invention concerne encore des compositions et des méthodes destinées à être utilisées dans l'identification de cellules et d'échantillons biologiques contenant au moins une composition liée à une malignité hématologique, ainsi que des méthodes de détection et de diagnostic desdites maladies et types de cellules affectées.
