A composition for treating, controlling, reducing, ameliorating, or preventing allergy comprises a dissociated glucocorticoid receptor agonist ("DIGRA"), a prodrug thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable ester thereof. The composition can comprise an anti-allergic medicament and/or an additional anti-inflammatory agent and can be formulated for topical application, injection, or implantation. The anti-allergic medicament can comprise an antihistamine, a mast-cell stabilizer, a leukotriene inhibitor, an immunomodulator, an anti-IgE agent, or a combination thereof.
L'invention concerne une composition pour traiter, contrôler, réduire, améliorer ou prévenir une allergie. Ladite composition comprend un agoniste de récepteur de glucocorticoïde dissocié (DIGRA), un promédicament de celui-ci, un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci ou un ester pharamaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci. La composition peut comprendre un médicament anti-allergénique et/ou un agent anti-inflammatoire supplémentaire, et peut être formulée en vue d'une application topique, d'une injection ou d'une implantation. Le médicament anti-allergénique peut comprendre une antihistamine, un stabilisateur de cellules mâts, un inhibiteur de leucotriène, un immunomodulateur, un agent anti IgE ou une combinaison de ces derniers.
