The invention includes methods of treating an HPV-mediated disease by administration to an individual of a pharmaceutical composition comprising a nucleic acid that encodes a polypeptide comprising an epitope of a naturally occurring HPV protein. The methods include the selection of individuals for treatment with the composition according to the age of the recipient, as well as the use of the composition to elicit a cross-reactive anti-HPV immune response.
L'invention concerne des méthodes permettant de traiter une maladie à médiation par le HPV chez un individu par administration d'une composition pharmaceutique comprenant un acide nucléique codant pour un polypeptide comprenant un épitope d'un protéine HPV d'origine naturelle. Ces méthodes consistent à sélectionner des individus à traiter à l'aide de cette composition en fonction de leur âge et à utiliser ladite composition pour déclencher une réponse immunitaire anti-HPV à activité croisée.
