The present invention relates to at least one nucleic acid (i) comprising or consisting of, or (ii) encoding a nucleic acid comprising or consisting of, a sequence selected from the group consisting of : 1) SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3, and SEQ ID NO: 4, and 2) a sequence derived from SEQ ID NO: 1 to 4 by substitution deletion or insertion of at least one nucleotide, provided that a nucleic acid consisting of the sequence derived from SEQ ID NO: 1 to 4 is liable to induce HIV-1 expression in latent HIV-1 -infected cells, for use as a medicament, in particular for treating retrovirus infections.
La présente invention concerne au moins un acide nucléique (i) comprenant ou constitué de, ou (ii) codant pour un acide nucléique comprenant ou constitué de, une séquence choisie dans le groupe constitué de : 1) SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3, et SEQ ID NO: 4, et 2) une séquence dérivée de SEQ ID NO: 1 à 4 par substitution délétion ou insertion d'au moins un nucléotide, à condition qu'un acide nucléique constitué de la séquence dérivée de SEQ ID NO: 1 à 4 soit adapté pour induire l'expression de VIH-1 dans des cellules infectées par VIH-1 latent, pour utilisation en tant que médicament, en particulier pour traiter des infections rétrovirales.
