The present invention relates to novel methods and composition that can be used in the biological, experimental and medical areas. More particularly, the invention relates to compositions and methods using lactadherin or variants thereof, or a corresponding nucleic acid, for regulating (i.e., inducing, inhibiting, stimulating, etc.) or monitoring an immune response, more specifically a CTL response, as well as for the delivery of molecules to dentritic cells, in vitro, ex vivo or in vivo.
La présente invention concerne de nouvelles méthodes et composition pouvant être utilisées dans les domaines biologiques, expérimentaux et médicaux. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes utilisant la lactadhérine ou ses variants, ou un acide nucléique correspondant, pour réguler (c'est-à-dire induire, inhiber, stimuler etc.) ou contrôler une réponse immune, plus spécifiquement une réponse des lymphocytes T cytotoxiques LTC, de même que l'apport de molécules aux cellules dendritique, in vitro, ex vivo ou in vivo.
