The invention relates to any composition caracterized in that it is comprised of: on the one hand, an active principle of a medicament or a pharmacologically active substance, water insoluble, said substance being substituted by at least one lipophylic group, and on the other hand, an osidic derivative of which at least one of the hydroxyl functions is substituted by one or a plurality of phosphate or sulphate group or groups, said compound being also substituted by a lipophylic group, the composition being capable of homogeneous solubilization or dispersion in an aqueous solvent. The invention also relates to the use of such compositions, particularly as pharmaceutical compositions dissolved in a physiologically acceptable aqueous solvent.
