Abstract of the Disclosure Water-curable compositions, based on thermoplastic polymers having pendant thereto hydrolyzable silane moieties and metal carboxylate silanol condensation catalysts, which can be water cured in a relatively short period of time to crosslinked products characterized by an excellent balance of commercially acceptable properties. The compositions of this invention are particularly useful as extrudates about wires and cables.
