The present invention relates to an anoikis-inducing agent comprising a Tiarella polyphylla extract, a tiarellic acid compound isolated therefrom or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which is specific to cancer cells expressing a tumor-associated antigen L6 or a homolog thereof. The Tiarella polyphylla extract, the tiarellic acid compound isolated therefrom or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof of the present invention leads to loss of cell adhesion to reduce cancer cell proliferation and exhibits the effect of inducing cell death in cancer cells expressing a tumor-associated antigen L6 or a homolog thereof, thereby being used for preventing and treating cancer diseases due to a tumor-associated antigen L.beta. or a homolog thereof.
La présente invention concerne un agent inducteur d'anoikis comprenant un extrait de Tiarella polyphylla, un composé d'acide tiarellique isolé à partir de celui-ci ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, spécifique aux cellules cancéreuses exprimant un antigène L6 associé à une tumeur ou un homologue de celui-ci. L'extrait de Tiarella polyphylla, le composé d'acide tiarellique isolé à partir de celui-ci ou le sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci de la présente invention entraîne une perte d'adhésion cellulaire qui permet de réduire la prolifération des cellules cancéreuses. Cette propriété a pour effet d'induire la mort cellulaire des cellules cancéreuses exprimant un antigène L6 associé à une tumeur ou un homologue de celui-ci. C'est pourquoi ces éléments sont utilisés dans la prévention et dans le traitement de maladies cancéreuses dues à un antigène L.beta. associé à une tumeur ou dues à un homologue de celui-ci.
