ABREGE DESCRIPTIF La présente invention concerne des composés chimiques constitués par un oligonucléotide ou un oligo- désoxynucléotide comportant un enchaînement de nucleotides naturels ou modifiés et lié par une liaison covalente à un radical intercalant et à un radical chimique réactif ou à un radical intercalant qui est également un radical chimique réactif. Ces composés sont utilisables comme nucléases artificielles spécifiques de séquences d'acides nucléiques. Ils peuvent être utilisés pour bloquer sélectivement l'ex- presssion d'un gène préalablement choisi en agissant direc- tement soit sur 1'information génétique soit sur les ARNs messagers.
