The present invention relates to uses of bispecific antibodies exhibiting cross-species specificity for evaluating the in vivo safety and/or activity and/or pharmacokinetic profile of the same in non-human species and humans. The present invention moreover relates to methods for evaluating the in vivo safety and/or activity and/or pharmacokinetic profile of said bispecific antibodies exhibiting cross-species specificity. The present invention also relates to methods of measuring the biological activity and/or efficacy of such bispecific antibodies exhibiting cross-species specificity. In addition, the present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising bispecific single chain antibodies exhibiting cross- species specificity and to methods for the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions comprising said bispecific single chain antibodies exhibiting cross-species specificity for the treatment of diseases.
La présente invention a trait à des utilisations d'anticorps bispécifiques présentant une spécificité d'espèces croisées pour l'évaluation de leur sécurité et/ou activité et/ou leur profil pharmacocinétique in vivo chez des espèces non humaines et humaines. La présente invention a également trait à des procédés pour l'évaluation de sécurité et/ou d'activité et/ou de profil pharmacocinétique in vivo desdits anticorps bispécifiques présentant une spécificité d'espèces croisées. La présente invention a trait en outre à des procédés de mesure de l'activité et/ou de l'efficacité biologique de tels anticorps bispécifiques présentant une spécificité d'espèces croisées. Enfin, l'invention a trait à des compositions pharmaceutiques comportant des anticorps bispécifiques à chaîne simple présentant une spécificité d'espèces croisées et à des procédés pour la préparation de compositions pharmaceutiques comportant lesdits anticorps bispécifiques à chaîne simple présentant une spécificité d'espèces croisées pour le traitement de maladies.
