PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente invention concerne de nouvelles composi- tions solides à fonctions anhydride d'acide qui sont préparées par réaction d'anhydride trimellitique et d'un mélangé de diol et de polyol de fonctionnalité supérieure à deux ou de polyol de fonctionnalité supérieure à deux, le rapport diol/polyol étant compris entre 0 et 10, à une température comprise entre 130 et 300°C pendant 4 à 6 heures. Ces nouvelles compositions trouvent notamment leurs applications en tant que réticulant dans des peintures en poudre comprenant une résine saturée de polyester hydroxylé et/ou une résine d'époxy.
