The invention concerns a composition containing at least one nucleic acid a part of which at least is enclosed in multilamellar vesicles, characterised in that said vesicles consist of two layers comprising at least one surfactant, the said two layers being concentric and giving said vesicles an onion-like structure. The surfactants used are non-cationic surfactants. The invention concerns the use of such compositions in pharmaceutics, particularly in gene therapy and in in vitro and in vivo transfection.

L'invention concerne une composition contenant au moins un acide nucléique dont au moins une partie se trouve inclus à l'intérieur de vésicules multilamellaires, caractérisée en ce que lesdites vésicules sont constituées de bicouches comprenant au moins un agent tensioactif, lesdites bicouches étant concentriques et conférant auxdites vésicules une structure en oignon. Les tensionactifs utilisés sont des tensioactifs non cationiques. L'invention concerne l'utilisation de telles compositions dans le domaine pharmaceutique, en particulier en thérapie génique et en transfection in vitro et in vivo.
