Novel compositions of cobalamin and related corrinoids, and uses thereof, are disclosed. The novel compositions include a corrin, a first amino acid having a side chain which includes a basic or positively charged moiety; and a second amino acid with an uncharged side chain which includes at least one heteroatom. The compositions are useful for, inter alia, treatment of cobalamin deficiency.

Cette invention se rapporte à de nouvelles compositions de cobalamine et de corrinoïdes associés ainsi qu'aux utilisations de telles compositions. Ces nouvelles compositions contiennent une corrine, un premier acide aminé ayant une chaîne latérale qui comporte une fraction basique ou positivement chargée, et un second acide aminé ayant une chaîne latérale non chargée qui comporte au moins un hétéroatome. Ces compositions s'avèrent utiles, entre autres, au traitement des carences en cobalamine.
