Such compositions have numerous applications, including uses in cosmetics, hard surface cleaners, shampoos, hair conditioners, personal cleaning products, lotions, fabric softeners, pharmaceutical compositions, ice creams, whip creams, other whipped topping, confectioneries, frostings, breads, baked goods, sauces, salad dressings, snacks, and dehydrated starch ingredients.
