A method of removing mycotoxins from animal feeds is described whereby a combination of modified yeast cell wall extract and a mineral clay is fed to animals in amounts sufficient to inactivate mycotoxins present in the feeds. The yeast cell wall extract/clay mixture may be admixed with feeds, incorporated directly into pelleted feeds, or fed directly to animals.

L'invention concerne un procédé relatif à l'élimination des mycotoxines dans les aliments pour animaux, qui consiste à faire absorber aux animaux une combinaison d'extrait de paroi de cellule de levure et d'argile minérale, en quantités suffisantes pour inactiver les mycotoxines présentes dans leurs aliments.
