Compositions comprising one or more active ingredients and, optionally, one or more nutritional substances, solid, liquid and/or semiliquid excipients or auxiliaires, wherein the active ingredients consist of a) a component A consisting of one or more compounds selected from methyl and methylene donors, b) a component B consisting of one or more methyl transporters, and c) a component C consisting of one or more bioflavonoids are well-suited for the treatment and prevention of transmethylation disorders, preferably cardiovascular diseases such as atherogenic and thrombogenic diseases.
Ces composition comprennent au moins un principe actif, éventuellement au moins une substance nutritive, ainsi que des excipients ou véhicules solides, liquides et/ou semi-liquides, le principe actif étant constitué: a) d'un composant A comprenant au moins un composé choisi parmi des donneurs de méthyle et méthylène, b) d'un composant B comprenant au moins un transporteur de méthyle, et c) d'un composant C comprenant au moins un bioflavonoïde. Ces compositions sont notamment conçues pour le traitement et la prévention des troubles de la transméthylation, de préférence des maladies cardio-vasculaires telles que les maladies athérogènes et thrombogènes.
