Method for carrying out well construction, repair and/or abandonment operations using an addition-curing silicone formulation, in particular for forming a permanent plug in a well bore or in one or more subterranean formations penetrated by the well bore by placing a mixture of cement and an addition-curing silicone formulation in said one or more subterranean formations or in said well bore at a desired location therein or placing an addition-curing silicone formulation on top of an existing non-gas tight plug and allowing the silicone formulation to set thereby producing a gas tight plug.

L'invention concerne, plus particulièrement, un procédé permettant de former un obturateur permanent dans un puits de forage ou dans une ou des formations souterraines pénétrées par le puits de forage par l'apport d'un mélange de ciment et d'une formulation de silicone de durcissement par addition dans une ou plusieurs formations souterraines ou dans ledit puits de forage à un emplacement souhaité ou par l'apport d'une formulation de silicone de durcissement par addition sur la partie supérieure d'un obturateur existant perméable aux gaz et permettant à la formulation de durcir afin d'obtenir un obturateur imperméable aux gaz.
