Tocol-based compositions of charged amphiphilic and water soluble pharmaceutically active compounds or their charged precursors are prepared by forming a tocol-soluble ion pair with an oppositely charged ion-pair forming compound capable of forming a tocol-soluble ion-pair with the active compound. Also disclosed are novel compounds tocopherolsuccinate-aspartate and tocopherolsuccinate-glutamate, which are useful as ion-pair forming compounds.
La présente invention concerne des compositions à base de tocol de composés chargés pharmaceutiquement actifs soluble dans l'eau et amphiphiles, ou de leurs précurseurs chargés. On prépare cette composition en formant une paire d'ions soluble dans le tocol avec un composé formant une paire d'ion chargés de façon opposée, qui peut former une paire d'ion soluble dans le tocol avec ce composé actif. Cette invention concerne aussi de nouveau composés tocophérolsuccinate-aspartate et tocophérolsuccinate-glutamate, qui conviennent comme composés formant une paire d'ions.
