The invention concerns a peptide compound, causing a T specific response from tumours, comprising a sequence of at least 8 consecutive amino acids of the peptide sequence coded by a phase offset sequence of the iCE gene. The invention also concerns a pharmaceutical composition comprising said peptide compound and the use of said compounds for making a medicine for cancer treatment, in particular for treating solid tumours.

La présente invention concerne un composé peptidique, entraînant une réponse T spécifique des tumeurs, qui comprend une séquence d'au moins 8 acides aminés consécutifs de la séquence peptidique codée par une séquence en phase décalée du gène iCE. L'invention porte également sur une composition pharmaceutique comportant ledit composé peptidique et sur l'utilisation de ces composés pour la fabrication d'un médicament destiné au traitement du cancer, en particulier au traitement des tumeurs solides.
