Disclosed is Compound GEX1 of formula (I), having excellent antitumor activity: (see formula I) wherein R1 represents hydroxy or (see formula II) R2, R3 and R4 independently represent hydrogen or hydroxy;R5 represents hydroxyl or lower alkoxy; provided that when R1 is hydroxy and R5 is methoxy, then at least one of R2, R3 and R4 is the group except for hydrogen, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
