The invention relates to a compound R-(CR1R2)q-CO-N(R3)-C(R4R5)-CO-NH2 (I), wherein: R is a heterocyclyl radical; R1 and R2 independently represent H or alkyl; R3 is H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, alkenyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heterocyclyl or heterocyclylalkyl; R4 and R5 independently represent H or alkyl; q is a number between 0 and 1; and the salts, solvates, pro-drugs or stereoisomers thereof, which can inhibit UBC13-UEV interactions and be used in the production of pharmaceutical compositions intended for antitumour therapy or the treatment and/or prophylaxis of diseases associated with metabolic routes involving the UBC13 enzyme, metabolic routes involving transcriptional factor NF-.kappa.B or routes involving PCNA or RAD6.

L'invention concerne un composé R-(CR1R2)q-CO-N(R3)-C(R4R5)-CO-NH2 (I) dans lequel R est un radical hétérocyclyle; R1 et R2 sont indépendamment H ou alkyle; R3 est H, alkyle, cycloalkyle, cycloalkylalkyle, alcényle, aryle, arylalkyle, hétérocyclyle ou hétérocyclylalkyle; R4 et R5 sont indépendamment H ou alkyle; et q est un nombre sélectionné entre 0 et 1. L'invention concerne également les sels, solvates, promédicaments ou stéréoisomères dudit composé, qui présentent une activité d'inhibition des interactions UBC13-UEV et peuvent être utilisés dans l'élaboration de compositions pharmaceutiques utilisées en thérapie antitumorale ou dans le traitement et/ou la prophylaxie de maladies associées à des voies métaboliques dans lesquelles interviennent l'enzyme UBC13, des voies métaboliques dans lesquelles intervient le facteur de transcription NF- B, ou des voies dans lesquelles interviennent PCNA ou RAD6.
