The object of the present invention is solved by compositions of peptide linkers and their use for synthesis and annealing of aptamer oligonucleotides in form of dimers. The present invention in particularly provides said compositions for the use as a diagnostic and/or therapeutic agent. In another preferred embodiment the present invention relates to a kit for preparing a radio pharmaceutical preparation, said kit comprising a vial comprising a quantity of the compound according to the invention. A further preferred embodiment of the present invention relates to methods of producing said compounds, comprising synthesis of said compound in an automated peptide synthesizer. In another preferred embodiment the present invention concerns the use of said compounds according to the present invention for the manufacture of a medicament, preferably for diagnosis or therapy of proliferative diseases. In a further preferred embodiment the present invention concerns methods for treating or diagnosing patients administering or utilizing the compounds according to the present invention.
La présente invention concerne des compositions de peptides de liaison, ainsi que leur utilisation dans la synthèse et l'hybridation d'oligonucléotides aptamères sous forme de dimères. Cette invention concerne plus particulièrement des compositions utilisées comme agent diagnostique et/ou thérapeutique. Dans un autre mode de réalisation préféré, cette invention concerne un kit pour préparer une préparation radiopharmaceutique, lequel kit comprend un flacon qui contient une certaine quantité du composé selon cette invention. Encore un autre mode de réalisation préféré de cette invention concerne des procédés de production desdits composés, lesquels procédés comprennent la synthèse du composé dans un synthétiseur de peptide automatisé. Dans un autre mode de réalisation préféré, cette invention concerne l'utilisation desdits composés dans la fabrication d'un médicament de préférence conçu pour le diagnostic ou le traitement de maladies prolifératives. Dans encore un autre mode de réalisation préféré, cette invention concerne des procédés permettant de traiter un patient ou de lui établir un diagnostic, lesquels procédés consistent à administrer ou à utiliser les composés selon cette invention.
