Based on a novel finding relating to ebastine, carebastine and epinastine hydrochloride, it is intended to utilize ebastine and carebastine as inhibitors for: (A) proliferation of T cells; (B) production of a Th-2 type cytokine; (C) production of an inflammatory cytokine; or (D) migration of T cells. It is also intended to utilize epinastine hydrochloride as an inhibitor for: (A) proliferation of T cells; (B) production of a Th-2 type cytokine; or (C) production of a TH-1 type cytokine.
