The present invention relates to novel derivatives of Andrographolide, their stereoisomers, their polymorphs, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, their pharmaceutically acceptable solvates. The novel derivatives of Andrographolide have the general formula (I). The andrographolide derivatives represented by general formula (I) defined above of the present invention are useful for treating cancer, HSV, HIV psoriasis, restonosis, atherosclerosis, other cardiovascular disorders, antiviral, antimalarial, antibacterial, hepatoprotective, immunomodulating agents and for treatment of metabolic disorders.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés d'andrographolide, leurs stéréoisomères, leurs polymorphes, leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, leur solvates pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Ces nouveaux dérivés d'andrographolide sont représentés par la formule générale (I). Ces dérivés d'andrographolide conviennent pour le traitement du cancer, du HSV, du psoriasis, du VIH, de la resténose, de l'athérosclérose, d'autres troubles cardio-vasculaires, de troubles métaboliques et en tant qu'agents antiviraux, antipaludiques, antibactériens, hépatoprotecteurs et immunomodulateurs.
