The invention relates to compounds which can enter into mesostructured hybrid organic-inorganic materials (MPHOIM) and function, within said materials, as probe molecules for the detection and dosage of gaseous halide compounds. The invention further relates to MPHOIM materials in which said compounds are grafted by covalent or iono-covalent bonds, a method for production of said MPHOIM materials and chemical probes for the detection or dosage of gaseous halide compounds, comprising said MPHOIM materials as detecting materials. The invention finds application in particular, to the detection and dosage of gaseous halide compounds used in microelectronics and more particularly, boron halide complexes.

L'invention se rapporte à des composés aptes à entrer dans la constitution de matériaux poreux hybrides organique-inorganiques mésostructurés (MPHOIM) et à servir, au sein de ces matériaux, de molécules sondes pour la détection ou le dosage de composés gazeux halogénés. Elle se rapporte également à des MPHOIM dans lesquels sont greffés ces composés par liaison covalente ou iono-covalente, à un procédé de fabrication de ces MPHOIM, ainsi qu'à des capteurs chimiques destinés à la détection ou au dosage de composés gazeux halogénés et comprenant ces MPHOIM comme matériaux sensibles. L'invention s'applique, en particulier, à la détection et au dosage des composés gazeux halogénés utilisés dans le domaine de la micro-électronique et, plus spécialement, des complexes halogénés du bore.
