There are disclosed two new compounds WF 2015 A and B which have immunosuppressing and antitumor activi- ties. The process of preparing these compounds by culturing a WF 2015 A and/or B-producing strain belonging to the genus Scolecobasidium in a nutrient medium. Pharma- ceutical compositions containing the new compounds are also disclosed.
