An energy savings device which will monitor and control underground mine compressed air systems. The device will shut down or isolate zones or levels of a mine not in service; even for short periods of time. The device keeps isolating valves closed at all times and has to be requested to open (except in emergency situations). Isolation of areas means no air in delivery piping; and thus no air leaks and subsequent wasted costs.
