Inertia is a characteristic of all objects. When an automobile is stationary its inertia must be overcome by the application of force before it will move. To increase its speed further force must be applied. The inertia of the car resist any speed reduction. The car has a certain energy content stored in the form of speed. To decrease its speed normally the brakes must be applied. My concept is to replace partly the use of the brakes with the use of a turbine or a Wankel pump, to recycle the inertia of the car through the pumping action of the turbine or the Wankel pump. To raise a pressure in an air tank via the oil pumped, to put the car back in motion The turbine or the Wankel pump would be integral part of the wheel mecha- nism and would build the pressure by the movement of the wheels.
