ABSTRACT - CANADA A compression hand tool comprises first and second spaced apart rigid jaws which receive between them a workpiece. A ram is mounted on the first jaw for reciprocal movement towards and away from the second jaw. Transmission means is provided including first and second toggle linkages which link the ram to an actuating handle which is pivotally mounted to the first jaw.
