Compression-resistant heating frame, comprising an upper plate (1) and a lower plate (3) which are secured to each other, as well as heating means (5) interposed between the two plates. According to the invention, force-absorption studs (7) are disposed between the two plates in order to protect the heating means against deformation by compression of the plates (1, 3) against each other, and are distributed such as to permit regular heating of each plate. The force-absorption studs are distributed at the nodes of a rectangular, hexagonal or centred square network (91). Preferably, the force-absorption studs are provided with a flange (11) in order to distribute the compression force on a metal base sheet (13) which is interposed between the upper plate (1) and the heating means (5). A thermal insulation material (17) is interposed between the heating means (5) and the upper plate (1). The heating means (5) consist for example of a film through which an electric circuit passes in order to produce heating by joule effect.
