The invention concerns a compressive orthosis device comprising a leg part (16) in compressive mesh for delivering a degressive therapeutic retention. The compressive mesh comprises a net-type mesh knitted with a weft yarn (22), made of an elastic material advantageously combined with at least a base yarn (24, 26, 28) also made of an elastic material, with a smaller yarn count than the weft yarn. The assembly forms a deformable network of substantially hexagonal cells (30), having when deformed greater elastic return strength in the horizontal direction (H) than in the vertical direction (V).

La maille compressive comprend une maille de type résille tricotée avec un fil de trame (22) en matière élastique, avantageusement combiné à au moins un fil de fond (24, 26, 28), également en matière élastique, de plus faible titrage que le fil de trame. L'ensemble forme un réseau déformable de cellules sensiblement hexagonales (30), présentant à la déformation une plus grande force de rappel élastique dans la direction horizontale (H) que dans la direction verticale (V).
