ABSTRACT A computer communication interface has a digital signal bus connecting a first computer to digital signal handling circuits for converting the signals appearing on the bus from the first computer to compatible signals suitable for distribution to a second computer and vice versa. A test circuit is connected to the interface to provide test signals for separately testing the interface circuit to the first computer and the interface circuit to the second computer.
