A computer system (10) and a method for determining a travel scheme minimizing travel costs for an organization, where the organization expects to purchase travel trips for a plurality of travelers for a plurality of travel links served by at least one carrier. The system comprises a data input device (54) for receiving travel information relating to the carriers and the links, a data storage device (34) for storing the received travel information, a processor (32) and a data output device (38). From the travel information, an objective function representing a travel cost for the travel trips and a set of constraints comprising restrictions relating to the function are constructed. A solution to the function is determined that satisfies the constraints and minimizes the travel cost. A report is generated by the data output device.
L'invention concerne un système informatique (10) et un procédé pour établir un plan de voyage minimisant les coûts des voyages pour une organisation, qui prévoit d'acheter des billets de voyage pour une pluralité de voyageurs vers une pluralité de destinations desservies par au moins un transporteur. Le système comporte un dispositif d'entrée des données (54) pour recevoir des informations de voyage relatives aux transporteurs et aux liaisons, une mémoire (34) pour conserver les informations de voyage reçues, un ordinateur (32) et un dispositif de sortie de l'information (38). A partir des informations de voyage, on établit une fonction objective intégrant le coût des voyages, ainsi que l'ensemble des contraintes relatives à ladite fonction. On détermine une solution de la fonction qui tient compte des contraintes et qui minimise les coûts des voyages. Le dispositif de sortie (38) fournit les données sous la forme d'un rapport.
